We have to be braver than we think we can be, because God is constantly calling us to be more than we are.” -Madeleine L’Engle

Today, I will remember to be brave, even if just for today. If God has called me to this, the least I could do is show up.

Today, I’ll get over that 75% of this head of hair is gone, it’s own sort of post-c19 reminder that I’m alive to witness this. How blessed it is to be post viral and the only remnant behind is hair loss. I’ll take all the hair regrowth potion, but I’ll hold them with gratitude that I’m left at all.

In gratitude:

  1. The wind winding through the wind chimes on the silver maple-light tones of “Amazing Grace” ring through.

  2. Silly sloppy hugs from Ted E. Bear.

  3. Finished two read alouds this week-mancub 2 & 3 seem motivated by the completion of the books.

  4. Finished last round of Beautiful Feet geography curriculum. Third time is a charm?
