In gratitude, this day:
A sunset composed of crisp color in the midst of post summer storm humidity.
The way the crickets seems to know to occasionally pause in their song, increasing our awareness of their loud choir.
Looking back at the house, the blinds un-shuttered and life as we know it on downplay like its own advent calendar, unfolded daily opening.
