One day I saw it-the same people weren’t in the boat every time with Jesus. Some people stayed, some people stayed on the shore, some went back to their daily lives. When I saw it, it wasn’t awe striking, it ached.

It was hard for me to embrace that we all aren’t in the same boat. I didn’t fully understand until I felt like I was drowning.

We all experience storms, but our boats are as different as the storms we’ve already endured. Beaten, battered, sails clinging…we need an Anchor.
